We are seeking a dynamic Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and attracting top talent, a strong understanding of the trucking industry, and the ability to build relationships with potential drivers.

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively source, screen, and interview potential truck driver candidates through applicant tracking system.
Conduct background checks, reference checks, and verifications for potential hires.
Maintain accurate and organized records of driver information, certifications, and compliance.
Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform recruitment strategies.
Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of the trucking and transportation industry.
High attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
