As a Senior Talent Associate, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to attract, retain, and develop talent while ensuring the smooth operation of related functions. Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline, utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluate qualifications, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Continuously improve and refine the recruitment process based on data-driven insights and industry best practices
Generate regular reports and insights to inform management decisions and drive continuous improvement in talent processes.

Requirements

2:4 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, with demonstrated progression and achievements
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment technologies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
