The Production & Staffing Coordinator (PSC) is a key member of the Bay Area’s preeminent caterer, Betty Zlatchin Catering and Events. For over 40 years, Betty Zlatchin Catering & Events has been a full-service catering and event planning company producing some of the very best parties and galas in the Bay Area. Notable clients include, Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Salesforce, high-end wedding planners and major events within the Bay Area Arts community.

The PSC is an important part of the management team and oversees the quality, training, and development of our on-site Front of House (FOH) event staff.

The Production and Staffing Coordinator would be responsible for creating the event production details for our on-site management teams and Front of House (FOH) event staff. By clearly and effectively communicating efficient setup, party execution and breakdown plans for each party, The PSC helps to ensure our clients are pleased and receive our best-in-class service and hospitality.

You are the primary liaison for our company with our Front of House event staff and work to ensure seamless communication on site between front of house and back of house party teams. The PSC position is a hands-on position both in the office as well as on site at events, by supporting the front of house staff when needed. An ability to lead by example and delegate to teams and event managers is required.

Full time position, full medical, dental and vision and salary range $68K - $78K
