City Wide Facility Solutions of Nashville is looking to expand our hardworking and driven operations team. We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills and is an innovative thinker. This role entails recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining an ongoing relationship with the vendors that we partner with. Along with a strong base salary, the vendor sourcing manager at City Wide will receive a commission plan, quarterly bonuses, car allowance, four-and-a-half-day work week, cell phone, laptop, and benefits.

Essential functions

· Manage contractor files in CRM database. Updating all personal information and maintaining quarterly and yearly audits.

· Maintain contractor uniform inventory.

· Routinely audit customer dispenser key box.

· Conduct independent contractor interviews/meetings. Complete intake paperwork for contractors in attendance.

· Assist in decision making regarding placing contractors in new or existing customer accounts

· Ensure a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction, through detailed quality control checks of new contractors that are onboarded to ensure CW standards are being met.

· Effectively communicate with independent contractors and the Business operations manager to stay ahead of potential client issues and to promptly address any restaffing needs necessary.

· Schedule monthly and quarterly check ins with contractors that are newly onboarded.

· Ensure each customer site has necessary chemicals, equipment, and SDS binders.

· Attend new customer walk throughs to receive information about the building to assist in staffing decisions.

· Lead contractor walk throughs at customer sites in order to staff/restaff an account.

· Develop new processes to better streamline recruiting efforts.

· Participate in community/networking events.
