Docketly is an appearance counsel provider. We match local attorneys with large firms in need of coverage for short, procedural hearings nationwide. We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist who can help us recruit new attorneys to handle cases posted by our client law firms. Our culture is casual, open, and direct. Key Responsibilities:

Learn how we deliver scripted dialogue to recruit new attorneys either through cold call (primary method), text, or email
Learn how the business operates quickly, and be able to make calls frequently. Portray our standards of customer support specialist
Ability to meet or exceed specific set goals and metrics
Recruit new attorneys that are interested in contract/1099 employment opportunities with Docketly
Daily stand-up meetings with the team

Starting Salary Range: $55.000 to $65,000 per year

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
