What you'll do:

Increase candidate flow for all 8 Encore privately held companies by using various job boards.
Manage multiple open requisitions at once.
Work with hiring Manager to identify qualifications and traits of a hire.
Once, hiring Managers decide whom to interview, conduct initial pre-screen interview.
Collaborate with our leaders, to facilitate executive hiring needs.
Contribute to new ideas for improving the recruiting process and operations while assisting with related projects.
Ideally, you won’t be using outside recruiters because you will have figured out a process for finding the right person with the right background and the right traits
