Job Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and recruiting top-tier candidates for various job openings. Your responsibilities will include:

Utilizing your knowledge of current social media trends to attract and engage potential candidates.

Sourcing and evaluating qualified applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating background checks.

Making outbound calls and utilizing internet resources to connect with prospective candidates.

Maintaining an active presence on social media platforms to enhance personal branding.

Preparing candidates for interviews and providing ongoing support throughout the hiring process.

Managing recruitment data in our applicant tracking system and monitoring applicant flow.

Negotiating compensation packages and fostering relationships with healthcare organizations and professional associations.

Participating in job fairs and networking events to expand our candidate pool.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media.

Proficiency in PC computer systems and basic office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Prior experience in recruiting, sales, or the healthcare industry.
