KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategically and proactively sources passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs. Understands external labor market conditions. Leverages effective, economical, and appropriate sources/channels and methods. Builds and maintains relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies schools, and associations. Reviews resumes and contacts candidates to ascertain fit and interest and refers to hiring managers as appropriate. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. May participate in onboarding and facilitate new employee orientation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or director. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience.

Qualification

Will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree.

Minimum Experience

Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience level related to engagements for financial institutions, real estate, public and/or private sector, Federal, State or Local government or other specialized area defined by a task order.

Location: Alexandria VA

Rate: $70 –$80 an hour

Duration: 2 years
