About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Temporary Staff Recruiter to play a pivotal role in our Healthcare Staffing Division.

This is a 100% remote opportunity but you must be based in the USA. Attractive base salary + no cap commission.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop leads using sourcing initiatives, social media promotion, conducting phone interviews, and implementing a high-volume outbound call strategy.
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System, Job Boards, social media, and other platforms to identify healthcare professionals and Nurses for Travel and Per-Diem job placements, including NPs, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and various allied positions.
Cultivate relationships with Healthcare candidates / Nurses and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to foster enduring partnerships.
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure candidate suitability and coordinate client interviews.

Experience :

Ideal candidate would have a track record of 4+ years in a Healthcare Staffing Agency Setting. Benefits :
