Since 1969, Liberty Engineered Wire Products (LEWP) has been a leading manufacturer of welded wire reinforcement for the Cast in Place and Precast industries. Headquartered in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, and with production facilities in Las Cruces, New Mexico and Warren, Ohio, LEWP is poised to supply steel reinforcement nationwide.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit inquiries
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues and assist in resolving conflicts
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment labor laws and ensure compliance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Experience with iSolved CTR and ADP a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
