Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a specialized and skilled Senior Talent Acquistion Sourcer (Human Resources Speciallist II) to join the organization. This individual will help to support the Talent Partners with niche specific roles and high-volume head-count that needs additional support. This individual will be an energetic and organized person who is excited about finding top talent on the market across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to identify key talent on the market.
Implements policies, procedures, and programs.
Participate in special projects/staffing initiatives.
Find, engage and activate passive candidates using best practices in candidate sourcing, such as Boolean, social media, research and market mapping, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter and resume databases, and alternative search techniques.
Provide advice and counsel to line management on policies, procedures, and practices.
Impact NNSS continued growth and success by using your strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills to schedule interviews of top tier talent.
Build strong relationships with highly sought after candidates and internal customers, including C-Suite Executives.
Partner with college and university Alumni programs.
DEI Outreach.
Ensure a world class candidate experience to make NNSS an employer of choice.
Be an integral part of a supportive, dynamic, diverse and fun Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications:

Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions.

Bachelor’s degree in related field and at 2 years’ of professional level experience, or equivalent training and experience.
Industry experience preferred in infrastructure, defense space, mission assurance, engineering, construction and technology.
Experience in identifying talent and directly headhunting professionals across multiple disciplines preferred.
Direct experience should include demonstrated skills in talent acquisition, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recruiting tools (HRIS and ATS.)
Experience in partnering with professional organizations preferred
Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally; ability to handle sensitive and confidential data relative to an HR function; ability to exercise clarity and directness in all forms of communication.
Must possess excellent communication skills on technical and non-technical topics.
Team player that is open to working across multiple disciplines.
Computer skills with Microsoft business applications software, staffing software packages (iCIMS and/or Oracle HCM Talent Cloud preferred), internet sources, and other HRIS staffing systems.
The primary work location will be at the Losee Road facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada; hybrid or fully remote may be considered only on a case by case basis.
Work schedule for this position will be 4/10’s, Monday – Thursday (subject to change).
Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. MSTS maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Ability to obtain a HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential under the Department of Energy Order 206.2, ‘Identity, Credential, and Access Management,’ and Supplemental Directive NNSA SD 206.2, ‘Implementation of Personal Identity Verification for Uncleared Contractors.’

Annual salary range for this position is: $70,001.60 to $115,502.40.

Starting salary is determined based on the position market value, the individual candidate education and experience and internal equity.
