Daily Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing, managing and processing of new driver’s leads and applications
Contact qualified drivers to offer opened positions
Providing background documentation check
Maintain contact with the drivers throughout the onboarding process to ensure continuity
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Revising and correcting driver applications
Follow ups

Qualifications

Excellent communication and sale skills
Experience of min 2 years as Truck Driver Recruiter in USA transportation industry is Mandatory
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Has to be fluent in English language, Spanish language is a plus
High-energy and passion
Ability to multitask
Problem solving skills
