Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and workforce management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Coordinate employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Manage workforce planning and forecasting to meet organizational needs
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Lead HR projects, such as policy development or process improvement initiatives

-Assist in gathering and storing necessary staff documents (certificates, credentials, etc.)
-Record and keep track of staff vacation and sick days
-Assist in creating yearly contracts for staff (when applicable)
-Other duties to be discussed

Skills:

- Ability to develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals
- Knowledge of employee orientation best practices for a positive onboarding experience
- Familiarity with workforce management strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Excellent conflict management skills to address employee issues professionally and effectively
- Project management abilities to successfully execute HR initiatives
- Strong understanding of employee relations principles and best practices
