The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of recruitment support functions and ensuring timely flow of resumes to and from the recruitment team. This position has a strong focus on identifying candidates via non-traditional methods, utilizing creative sourcing techniques, identifying niche job boards, managing talent pools for multiple regions and partnering with recruiters in re candidate skill sets. Areas of support include identifying talent outside of ATS for the Recruiters by leading the job fair process, partnering with veteran hiring leaders in re transferrable skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handles a range of HR responsibilities including understanding candidate profiles for Data Center and Security Officer roles by partnering with the Recruiter.
Gathers, reviews and compiles resumes and prepares accurate and comprehensive summaries of candidate skill sets.
Responds to Recruiter questions regarding skill sets and pipeline quality and volume.
Ensures a deep understanding of the business, role, pay and skill sets to identify candidates.
Prepares list of niche resources needed outside of LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday and Phenom.
Responsible for researching career fair opportunities for the team to attend, including in-person and virtual events. This includes signing up for career events, organizing marketing material, and assisting recruiters and hiring managers in attendance.
Work closely with Indeed business partners to maximize team hiring efforts using the platform.
Assists in preparation of a variety of communicative subject matter that may include privileged and highly sensitive material.
Continuously learn the latest recruitment best practices to improve candidate talent pools.
Ensure recruitment sourcing practices are consistent across all Regions, especially tight markets.
Regular, predictable attendance is essential for satisfactory performance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required.
Minimum 5 or more years of recruitment experience.
Advanced proficiency with sourcing techniques.
Experience with identifying niche job boards to successfully find talent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
Ability to hear and speak into a telephone.
Close visual work on a computer terminal.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

WORK CONDITIONS

Standard office environment.
Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
This role is expected to be remote with an occasional need to be on-site in a shared space.

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Hourly base salary for this position is $31.00 - $35.00 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal ‘Wage and Hour’ requirements.

All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
