Recruiting Coordinator - Contract - Remote

Proclinical is actively seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a remote position. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the interview process for North American hiring, including calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling, and handling travel and expenses.

Skills & Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred.
Prior experience in scheduling, talent acquisition or staffing is beneficial.
Advanced calendar management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in multiple tools and technologies including applicant tracking system, Excel, Word, Outlook, and interview scheduling technology.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

The Recruitment Consultant will:

Support the overall activities associated with the interview process, including calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling, and travel and expenses.
Liaise with candidates and interviewers for availability, address and remediate issues in support of the interview scheduling process.
Prepare schedules and communicate with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters.
Assist with onsite interview coordination when needed.
Prepare interview rooms for assessments when required.
Update and communicate with candidates in the applicant tracking system and via other technical solutions in support of scheduling.
