What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- 3+ years of related recruitment experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to ethical and professional conduct

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or physician recruiting
- Knowledge of compensation, contract models, and strategic workforce planning
