Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain HR databases and employee records
- Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops
- Support benefits administration including enrollment and inquiries
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
- Contribute to talent management initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

Knowledge of iCIMS & Cisive is a huge plus

Ability to handle confidential material

Strong organization skills
