CONTRACT RECRUITER - REMOTE opportunity that is a 100% commission 1099 role!!

Experience across multiple industries is a plus!!

The RECRUITING PARTNER will provide overall support functions to the current recruiting team: candidate sourcing through company resources, as well as any of your networked pipeline of candidates. The person most successful in this role has a proven base of sourcing and/or recruiting experience and an ability to communicate with a variety of persons. In order to be successful in this role, you must value integrity, communication, accountability and most of all, you must enjoy people and have a sales hustle mentality!

This role has an expected ramp-up period of 30-60 days and is 100% commission. There is a tiered flat-rate commission structure for those who are serious about the recruiting industry and would like to develop into an independent recruiting partner with our company.

Requirements

Three years+ experience in sourcing resumes, recruiting across multiple industries
- An understanding of pipeline development and tracking; sourcing, scheduling pre-screens with candidates by telephone and/or video interviewing
Three years+ experience in an administrative support role
Must have a sales drive mentality; recruiting is sales....
Must be comfortable on the phone and over video for candidate interviews
Working knowledge of applicant tracking system (s) | ATS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate with multiple levels of candidates, co-workers and potentially clients
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Exprience with MS Office suite effectively
Must be a self-starter with accountability for the future of your career success
Experience working independently from a home office by maximizing time efficiently
