Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
- Administer pre-employment assessments and tests as required
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks on potential candidates
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes

- Maintain recruiting reports

- Determine hiring needs with hiring leaders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Paychex, ADP, or UltiPro
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and record keeping
