Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our large-scale growth by sourcing and hiring top talent across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in recruitment within the mental health field, exceptional leadership qualities, and proven team-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of a rapidly growing practice.

- Work closely with department heads to clearly understand their hiring requirements and timelines.

- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates from within the mental health industry.

- Lead the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to final hiring, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.

- Coordinate and improve our practice’s onboarding process in collaboration with HR and department leaders.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the mental health field to effectively match candidates with the appropriate roles.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing the hiring process.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of talent acquisition experience, specifically within the mental health or related healthcare field.

- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

- Proven track record of successful placements across multiple departments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
