As an Agency Recruiter you will have the ability to; recruit, source, and connect AEC professionals with top AEC firms throughout the nation.

Fully remote role, with semi-annual team visits / retreats.

What You Need for this Position

Have 1+ years of Sales / Business Development / Recruiting experience
Have a fundamental understanding or interest in the AEC Industry.
BS / BA in Business, Construction, or Similar is Preferred. (Not required)
Eager to build a career, not just find another job .
Have an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen
Outside-the-box thinker
Sales and money-motivated individual
