United Liquid Waste Recycling, Inc (ULWR) is looking for a Human Resources Generalist!

As a Human Resources Generalist with us, you will be responsible for directing and leading all Human Resources functions within ULWR and its affiliated companies!

As a Human Resources Generalist you will be responsible for:

Developing, Planning, Implementing, and Administering all Human Resources functions for ULWR and its affiliated companies.
Administer Benefits Program.
Implement and maintain recruiting efforts. This includes investigating non-traditional alternatives for finding candidates.
Understand and expand knowledge on DOT Compliance Laws.
Maintain and expand knowledge on EEO, COBRA, HIPAA, Workers Compensation, FMLA, FLSA, and other related federal and state laws/regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Human Resources field.
Degree in Human Resources, business, or related discipline.
Must posses excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to work with highly personal matters and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to speak both English and Spanish is a plus!
