job purpose: The Talent Acquisition Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing all aspects of the interview process at fairlife, LLC. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to liaise between the HR team, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule and facilitate interviews. Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to communicate effectively are critical to providing a positive candidate experience and helping fairlife attract top talent to our organization.
responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers, TA Partners, and HR Business Partners to determine interview dates, times, and interviewers' availability.
- Coordinate interview schedules (both onsite and virtual) for multiple candidates across various departments and locations.
- Manage the sending of pre-interview assessments, collect and report results, and manage any follow up communication with candidates as needed.
- Coordinate interview travel with candidates and manage expense and reimbursement process following interviews.
- Send interview invitations and confirmations to candidates, providing all necessary details.
- Communicate interview details and candidate information to interview team in a timely and organized manner.
- Assist interviewers in rescheduling interviews when necessary and handling any last-minute changes.
- Assist in the completion of reference checks as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering any queries.
- Actively participate in onsite career fairs held at our manufacturing locations, or offsite recruitment events as needed.
skills/qualifications required:
- 1-3 years of Recruitment Coordination experience required. Bachelor's Degree in related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
