Job Description Summary
Accountable for overall delivery of HRIS projects as assigned. Examples of projects directly owned or supported by this role may include Eightfold Talent and Resource Management implementation, Phase 2 expansion to other countries, adding additional data integrations, other HR Systems projects as assigned etc. Project Manager role will also be a hands on role where the resource will be expected to perform techno functional and production support tasks for Eightfold system.
Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the resource plan, deliverables and resolving or escalating issues or risks.
- Develop, maintain and track progress against project plan and defined deliverables, phases and milestones.
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution of projects aligned with the HR strategy including process design, functional requirements, data management, testing, and production operations and support design.
- Provide functional production support, system configuration, system testing & product /data stewardship for Workday. Design and manage inbound and outbound HR data interfaces supporting HR and Payroll.
- Coordinate multiple HRIS solutions within a matrixed organizational environment.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to understand business needs.
- Provide consultation and analyses to enhance human resources decision making.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local government legislation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 5-7 years of related professional experience required.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
