Job Description
Human Resources is responsible for establishing HR-related policies and controls, partnering with clients to provide solutions, executing HR operations, providing and interpreting HR-related information and supporting strategic decisions.
As a member of the Wexner Medical Center Business Operations team, our Talent Acquisition Coordinators provide comprehensive support for the execution of recruiting and hiring operations, with a sharp focus on customer service. Responsibilities include hire processing and compliance tasks, comprehensive support of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator Team, responding to recruitment related emails and phone calls, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve processing errors or issues. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Desired Qualifications
Excellent customer service and professional communication skills; efficiency and organization with the ability to prioritize work/tasks. Experience with high volume HR-related processing, and familiarity with Workday, Microsoft Excel and DocuSign.
