Sodexo is investing in our inside sales, marketing, Segment sales, retention functions, and revenue leadership to nurture and develop skills & talent across the teams. Sales Enablement is tasked with supporting these roles; ensuring our sales learning programs, growth culture, and sales productivity, are world class to support our commercial colleagues from their first day with Sodexo’ s growth engine to their last day in role.
To achieve our growth plans we are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement. The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement will be involved with all aspects of sales enablement, with an emphasis on onboarding and optimization and will focus on continually improving and updating our sales onboarding program, deploying and supporting a regional sales methodology, and designing, developing, and delivering new and necessary optimization programs (regional enrichment series, large-scale revenue events, and annual training needs analysis).
The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement will also work with content teams, sales colleagues, and subject matter experts to keep all training content up to date, keep LMS training up to date, and administer all aspects of the sales enablement platform (registrations, certifications, and training completions).
This is a remote role with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
The successful candidate will:
- Administer the North America Sales Onboarding program: update and adapt curriculum to account for changes in North America’s sales operating model and methodology, publish and manage the course schedule, recruit and manage enrollment, curate and catalog curriculum, advise adjunct faculty, integrate with Ingenium (our LMS), implement continuous program improvements, and track cohort completion and certification.
- Liaise with both the North America Learning and Performance team, as well as Global Learning and Development and Global Sales Effectiveness.
- Serve as primary program manager a certified master facilitator of DiSC for Sales.
- Support the design, development, and deployment of the North America regional enrichment series for all functions within the growth engine, including support of the design, development, and delivery of the Revenue Kick-Off conference and regional Revenue Rally.
- Support the design, development, and delivery of offers and services training, and incorporate content into existing learning opportunity and curriculum.
- Support the design, development, and delivery of sales technology training, and incorporate content into existing learning opportunity and curriculum.
- Design learning maps for all North America sales and marketing functions.
- Publish the first-ever annual training needs assessment and corresponding course catalog.
- Build and manage a Sales Academy adjunct faculty program.
- Manage the North America Sales Academy curriculum library, including content curation, cataloging, and filing, prioritizing currency, accuracy, and accessibility of content including Challenger insights and deal drills.
- Manage the Revenue Operations website and publication of the monthly newsletter.
- Manage the North America Sales Academy video channel and Yammer feed.
- Support all other aspects of the North America sales enablement platform, including but not limited to, the sales coaching program, the lost bid analysis program.

- At least 7 years experience as an instructional designer, at least 1 year of experience working in support of sales and revenue generation.

Position Summary
Delivering informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that both engages the learner and produces the desired outcomes; managing and responding to learner needs; ensuring that the learning is made available in appropriate platforms and delivered in a timely and effective manner. Facilitating executive level programs, and providing executive level learning coaching to enable behavioral change at senior levels of the organization. This position is also responsible for full course management for learning programs. This position will manage learning facilitators and Senior Learning Specialists.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years in facilitation, learning program management, or a related field
