Maximus is currently looking for a Remote Sr Anyalyst - Human Resources. The Sr. Analyst will perform a variety analyses of numerous Human Resources programs and initiatives and make recommendations for continuous process improvement.
Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform analyses of numerous Human Resources programs and initiatives and make recommendations for continuous process improvement.
- Create and maintain any additional ad hoc analytics requests by the client, corporate office and project leadership.
- Convert complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels.
- Complete personnel transactions such as employee transfers, job changes, and location changes.
- Support the Human Resources department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all project employees in multiple locations.
- Communicate regularly with employees to collect information and solve complex Human Resources issues, often in collaboration with other HR Departments.
- May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to other HR Analysts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 5-7 years of related professional experience required.
Education and Experience Requirements
The 6 month time in position rule can be waived for CCO employees under the following circumstances : employees who were in an acting role and have returned to their home base position, employees who are currently in an acting/limited-service role applying to the same role that is RFT, employees who were unable to return to a homebase position at the end of their acting role, or limited-service employees that are unable to secure a lateral or promotional position for continued employment at the end of their limited assignment.
Degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree.
Preferred Experience:
Maximus Experience Prefered
One year of analyst experience, Power BI, One Model, Project Management and HR Generalist.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
