Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Campus Recruiter. In this role, you will support the campus recruitment process, working closely with our talent acquisition team to attract and hire top talent from universities and colleges. As a Campus Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, event coordination, and candidate management. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that offers exposure to various aspects of campus recruitment and provides a solid foundation for a career in HR or talent acquisition. This is a part time (25 hours per week) entry level position with a 6 month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and execution of campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, information sessions, and campus events.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-potential candidates from targeted universities and colleges.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Support the coordination and logistics of campus interviews, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and interview schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with maintaining recruitment metrics and reports.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, job postings, and internship descriptions targeted towards college students.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media campaigns, content creation, and engagement with campus communities.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by responding to candidate inquiries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for enhancing the campus recruitment program.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of their relevance in employer branding and recruitment.
Duration and Compensation:
This is a paid internship position with a duration of 6 months. The specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
