This is a remote position in or around the Massachusetts area.
The company is growing strong and in the need of a Field Recruiter who is motivated, self-starting individual with the drive to get the job done. This is a great opportunity for the right person. Industrial or Construction trades recruiting is a plus. This is a remote position in or near Massachusetts.
The Field Recruiter is a responsible for all aspects of recruitment via different avenues of talent acquisition including; social media posts, creating and posting ads, attending job/career fairs and participating in community outreach events at trade schools or welding schools. This position is mostly recruiting seasonal road employees to do outage/shutdown work. These road employees work 7 days a week 12hour shifts throughout the projects. This position includes the following:
· Recruitment: sets recruitment strategy and establishes on-going proactive recruitment plans independently in a timely fashion.
· Ensures recruitment needs are met in a timely manner and positions are being filled
· Develops proactively pools of applicants for fast pace hiring and “hard to fill” positions
· Develop/expert knowledge of business unit specifics/functions
· Builds partnerships with community trade schools/welding schools and participates in hiring events/fairs
· Schedules candidates for in person/or phone interviews
· Phone screens and interview candidates to assess candidates’ competencies and qualifications
· Scans through resumes
· Conducts all pre-screening via phone or video interviews
Desired Skill & Experience:
· 2-4 years of recruiting experience
· Passionate about recruiting trade skill labor
· Attention to detail
· Reliable and extremely organized
· Experience to recruit in a fast-paced recruiting environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with applicant tracking system is a plus
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize
·Good Computer skills required
· Demonstrated ability to fill positions and work independently on tasks
· Scheduling and managing work force schedules
· Set up physicals/medical tests to completion
· Must be comfortable making calls, talking on the phone and via video to interview candidates and schedule assignments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
