Summary: The Content Creator will actively search, creatively design, and implement effective methods and content to educate, enhance, recognize performance, and align the company’s Learning and Development strategy. The Content Creator will enhance and/or develop an internal training program and deploy web-based and in-person trainings across the organization in coordination to training our staff. The goal is to create a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Pay Range: $65,000-75,000
This is a remote position and we are seeking candidates that reside in the Pacific and Mountain time zones.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Create training programs for new and existing employees.
- Lead training sessions and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop easy-to-use training materials for managers and team members.
- Plan and implement training curriculum. Presents classroom lessons, virtual online training, training videos, self-paced assignments, hand-outs, job aids, training plans, analysis, quizzes, and reporting.
- Manage training enrollments and timelines.
- Prepare training-related reports.
- Conduct various training methods and assess their effectiveness.
- Track training success using metrics.
- Assist in improving employee performance.
- Work with stakeholders to understand training needs.
- Identify and nurture talent within the company.
QualificationsEducation and/or Experience:
- Experience working the dental industry is required.
- Relevant experience may be substituted, year-for-year, for academic achievement
- Learning Management System (LMS) experience
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) preferred
- Outstanding written, oral, and verbal communication, and listening skills
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft
