Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Recruiter in New York and New Jersey. You must be in the Tristate are for this role. Executive Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes, sourcing qualified candidates, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and partnering with hiring managers to fill open positions. The role involves heavy phone and email communication with both candidates and clients.
This is a commission-based position. Recruiters make about 120k the first year and it goes up from there.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize workload effectively
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive recruiting or staffing for the hospitality or related industries
