What to Expect (Job
Responsibilities ):
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Post job ads, review applicants, and move them through the recruitment process
- Communicate with applicants on a daily basis
- Track recruitment trends and develop a data-driven recruitment strategy
- Utilize social media to post updates and source candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Previous hiring specialist or staffing experience is a bonus
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a positive work ethic
- Familiarity with basic computer programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Workspace and Career Plug
