Position: Recruiter (Pittsburgh)

immediate openingfor a Manufacturing Recruiter in Pittsubrgh. This is a great opportunity and you will be working alongside a major manufacturer in the region.
The Recruiter can expect to be working in a fast paced and on-site environment, conducting interviews as well as handling all steps of the hiring process. Responsibilities:- Usage of an applicant tracking system in addition to hiring tools such as Indeed and Career Builder
- Conducting multiple interviews each day for a variety of plants in multiple states
- Extending job offers and negotiating salaries
- Working with the HR team to conduct the Onboarding Process
- Following and analyzing background check and drug testing results
Qualifications:- Past recruiting experience is a must
Skills:- A high level of proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems as well as other general computer programs
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in person and on the phone
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
Experience:- Two years of prior experience
Employment Type:Compensation:
- $60,000 to $65,000 per year
Work Hours:- Full time 40 hours per week, hybrid schedule
- 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Pay Details:$60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
