What will be your daily pursuit?
As the HRIS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting reporting and auditing activities while ensuring data governance, integrity, and confidentiality. You will also be at the forefront of collecting, managing, and ensuring accurate workforce data. You will be collecting and updating global data to improve P&C’s strategies and processes. In this role you will be helping our global Pursuit team function efficiently through our systems, process improvements, and integrations.
What is the compensation for this role?
The salary range is $50,000 - $62,000/year with a full suite of medical benefits, flexible time off, 401k matching and travel discounts at our iconic restaurants, hotels and attractions.
What will you do in this job?
- Process the global full suite of P&C transactions, following the entire employee lifecycle.
- Manage the master data in our HCM platforms globally.
- Update benefits eligibility in ADP for US team members.
- Complete regular audits for data cleanliness and integrity.
- Build and standardize reports within ADP for P&C leaders.
- Serve as support for our global employee lifecycle of changes, while focusing on consistency.
- Complete ad-hoc reporting as needed.
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
- University or College education in Human Resources, Technology, or related field desired.
- Prior Human Resources experience is preferred.
- Prior experience working with ADP Workforce Now is highly valuable.
- Consider yourself someone with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills are highly valuable.
- Strong time management skills are needed.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred.
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:
- Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
- Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train others.
- Proficiency in HRM software, such as ADP WFN, E-time & ICIMs is preferred.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are strongly preferred.
