Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Human Resources Business Partner will take charge of evaluating and analyzing requirements for organizational design and the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses. Your primary focus will be to enhance overall organizational efficiency through strategic initiatives and programs targeting, organizational capabilities, span of control, organizational architecture, and operational excellence. As a key leader, you will also lead the development of a comprehensive playbook and communication plan, to ensure the successful introduction of innovative initiatives and practices for a rapidly growing P&L unit.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of organizational design strategies for the Geosynthetics P&L unit and future acquisitions therein.
- Partner with business line senior leadership to support their strategic planning and growth initiatives while aligning with overall organization objectives.
- Lead the change management communication efforts and execution to minimize risk and ensure continued optimization of business operations.
- Possess business acumen to conduct appropriate analysis to anticipate and communicate current and emerging organizational needs; stay abreast of changes and trends in leadership and organization development and proactively surface recommendations for improvements.
- Partner with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and other Talent Management teams to lead and support organization design, redesign, and restructuring efforts ranging from “small in size” needs with moderate impact(s) to large transformations with significant impact(s).
- Conducts in-depth organizational assessments/diagnostics to identify the root cause of organizational effectiveness and business performance issues; formulates sound, reliable, and comprehensive recommendations to improve the organization’s performance and business results.
- Provide coaching, facilitation, team development, whole systems analyses, process re-engineering, and organization development services in consultation with the
- Learning and Development team, executive leaders, and senior managers to implement organization improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with company strategic plans and core values.
- Evaluate and assess the cultural differences of newly acquired entities and support the integration of these entities into the larger organization.
Work Environment
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Typically requires overnight travel approximately 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Generally, 10+ years’ experience in related field. May require certification.
- Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
