Job Description
As the Human Resources Recruiter, you would be the primary point of contact supporting all hourly position hiring requests working directly with hiring managers and active candidates. You will be tasked to source, review, screen, qualify and submit candidates to internal hiring leaders daily. St. Louis Parking Company currently uses an applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain candidate movement and track hiring engagement.
You will be responsible for meeting hiring demands, acting as a liaison with our PEO for employment verifications, and providing support to hiring leaders, aiding them in the selection process of a candidate.
The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between candidates and the hiring managers, providing full life cycle recruitment, focusing on best in class hiring standards. Have a passion for recruitment and enjoy finding today’s top talent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports high volume sourcing and daily communication with applicants using the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Reviews and dispositions candidates to hiring leaders that meet the needs for open opportunities.
- Conducts interviews in person and over the phone screening to determine position fit and skill-set match.
- Provides feedback regarding candidate quality and sources.
- Drafts offers of employment and declination letters.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Supports the collection of and reporting on key HRIS analytics.
- Establishes and maintains hourly associate records and conducts routine audits on files as directed by the Human Resources Manager.
- Reviews all online job and posting websites on a routine basis and recommends the company's use of external recruiting sources.
- Coordinates the completion of all associate employee verifications
- Provide other HR related services in the absence of the company's Human Resources Manager
- Monitor the enrollment activity of newly hired hourly associates in benefits
Job Qualifications
- Two Year Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 6 months Recruiting experience with various job boards
- Established experience in Microsoft Office Products and Applicant Tracking software systems
- Effective time management and comfortable working in a high volume environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
