Salary disclosure for residents of Colorado, Washington, California, Hawaii, Rhode Island, & New York: ($48,000-$52,000) base rate plus a 1-25% differential.

The Regional Talent Partner is primarily responsible for serving as the link between branches or departments and Human Resources with the top goal of facilitating excellent hires for the organization. A Regional Talent Partner’s top priority will be to ensure an effective and consistent process and experience for new employees joining the organization. This individual will collaborate with Regional Directors and hiring managers to assist with job postings, resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviewing candidates for key positions in the region, to ensure high quality hires for the organization.
This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with assigned region to conduct the full life cycle of recruiting based on the needs of the hiring manager;
- Continuously improve the online presence of Bethany’s job postings across various job boards;
- Assist hiring managers with creating the candidate search strategy;
- Actively recruit top talent through sourcing, cold calling, emailing, and other forms of outreach for difficult to fill positions;
- Source and screen incoming resumes and application through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to recommend top candidates;
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to identify potential candidate pools for top talent in their geographical regions;
- Develop candidate pipelines for strategic positions within the organization;
- Partner with Branch Directors to screen, and source talent for new and growing programs or contracts;
- Address and maintain the HR support tickets that include but not limited to job postings, job assessments, talent documentation, job board assistance, and background checks;
- Initiate the onboarding process for new hire within the HRIS system, ensuring a smooth handoff to the hiring manager for orientation and training;
- Perform occasional travel to assigned region for strategic planning, partnership development, and local area networking;
- Participate in HR’s cross-training initiative, strategic planning efforts, and process improvement, as needed;
- May assist the Regional Talent Partner Team in developing strategies to source candidates;
- Complete other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s level degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college;
- At least two (2) years of experience performing the full life cycle of recruiting or at least three (3) years of social work experience in a child welfare agency;
- Must have an ability to facilitate behavioral-based interview questions;
- Must have a demonstrated passion for customer service and highly organized;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks;
- Exercise a high level of confidentiality;
- Work well under pressure and adaptable to change;
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, ATS and HRIS systems (Ulti Pro (UKG) and Cornerstone preferred);
- Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’slicense with at least 3 years U.S. driving experience to operate a vehicle on behalfof Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain areliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage;
- Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
- Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith and Mission Statement.
