We are currently seeking a Provider Recruiter to work remotely. This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday-Friday.
Position Summary:
The Provider Recruiter helps bring our vision to life by playing a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting talented affiliate providers (LPC, LMSW, LMFT) to support our organization's mission. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of counseling roles, and a proven track record in recruitment.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and screen qualified affiliate providers.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and professional associations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand affiliate providers position requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with affiliate provider professionals, educational institutions, and relevant organizations while promoting brand.
- Work closely with HR hiring managers to understand team dynamics, goals, and specific affiliate providers requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in interviews along with a clinical manager, explaining the AllOne Connect platform to the candidate, answer questions, and help with onboard training for new hires.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the affiliate providers recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations for improvements based on industry best practices and feedback from candidates and hiring teams.
- Interfaces with EAP affiliate providers to gain all relevant documentation toward ensuring compliance with credentialing and re-credentialing standards (e.g., updated clinical licensure, resume/ vitae, professional liability insurance, tax identification information, accurate and complete standard application for affiliates).
- Conducts affiliate provider search as required to meet employee-clients’ needs for affiliates in their geographic areas, as well as to proactively build the affiliate provider network to ensure regular and reliable availability of affiliates in given geographic areas.
- Perform other related duties as needed and/or required.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in affiliate providers recruitment or a related field.
- Knowledge of counseling professions and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
