What you will be doing:
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist assists in the performance of HR functions to include but not limited to staffing, training, retention, employee relations & communications.
- Complete full cycle recruiting process for hourly associates including compensation equity.
- Ensure training completion/monitoring for non-exempt associates.
- Process benefit actions, pay increases, associate reviews, etc.
- Monitor retention and complete exit interviews.
- Maintain “confidentiality” with all sensitive information.
- Perform filing, copying and other administrative duties as needed.
- Assist with planning and implementing associate recognition and other activities.
- Assist in executing all HR related policies, practices and direction from the company. Compliance maintenance and record keeping (legal posters, notices etc.).
- Provide guidance and support for performance management, annual review process and succession planning.
- Maintain an open door policy for all employees.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you bring:
- 3-5 years HR generalist experience (mandatory)
- Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience (mandatory)
- Experience: HR experience within a retail/commercial environment
- Self-starter and intellectually curious attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to calculate figures, interpret and analyze data from reports
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and employees
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management & coworkers
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office products
