Duties
- Source and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization
- Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks, drug tests, and background screenings as necessary
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Experience with conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Familiarity with HR sourcing methods and lead generation for potential candidates
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively negotiate job offers with candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
