The successful candidate will be proficient in all Microsoft Office software and demonstrate a high level of creativity in problem-solving. **
Key Responsibilities**
Lead and influence discussions at leadership levels, showcasing your ability to manage relationships and effectively communicate with functional line management.
Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs, develop search strategies, source and evaluate candidates, and manage the offer process.
Keep a constant eye on the market, providing key insights on competitive intelligence to support client groups.
Support various projects within the recruitment and people management spectrum, such as campus recruitment, enhancing our employment brand, and optimizing our applicant tracking system. **
Qualifications**
Experience with applicant tracking systems is essential.
A deep understanding of the full lifecycle of recruiting operations, along with a general knowledge of employment law and practices.
A proven ability to develop both internal and external partnerships.
Experience managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from strategy to execution.
Insight into campus strategies, with the ability to offer guidance and foster strong relationships with HR and IT business stakeholders to understand and meet future talent needs. **
