Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned part-time Human Resources Specialist with a profound understanding of the fashion industry and an extensive network within the e-commerce realm. The ideal candidate will spearhead our recruitment endeavors, ensuring the onboarding of adept top executives and e-commerce professionals pivotal for our brand's continuous growth. This role encapsulates a commitment of 20-30 hours per week, offering a flexible locale of operation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
- - Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the fashion and e-commerce industries.
- - Leverage industry connections to source top-tier candidates for executive and professional roles.
- - Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes to ensure a high-caliber team assembly.
2. Personnel Management:
- - Address personnel issues, fostering a positive work environment.
- - Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote organizational culture.
- - Help to set and monitor KPIs for each employee
- - Create job description & instructions
3. Onboarding and Training:
- - Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into our brand ethos.
- - Coordinate training and development initiatives to nurture employee growth and brand allegiance.
4. Industry Networking:
- - Maintain and expand a robust network within the fashion and e-commerce sectors.
- - Represent The Monosuit at industry events, enhancing brand presence and recruitment prospects.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- - Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment within the fashion and e-commerce sectors, including top executives & junior positions .
- - Extensive network within the fashion industry and e-commerce realm.
- - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to operate within the US and on a global scale, adapting to various cultural and organizational nuances.
- - Proficiency in utilizing HR software and digital recruitment platforms.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
