Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for bilingual positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Utilize HRIS systems such as UltiPro and Taleo to track and manage candidate information
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to management
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Utilize social media platforms for recruitment advertising and brand promotion
- Cold call potential candidates to assess their qualifications and interest in open positions
- Manage relationships with external staffing agencies and vendors
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding employee relations matters
Experience:
- Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a bilingual capacity
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as UltiPro and Taleo
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and the second language (e.g., Spanish)
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
