About the Role
The Senior Manager, Total Rewards is a critical and multifaceted role within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing global compensation, benefits, and payroll, while also serving as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Commercial team. As HRBP for the Commercial team, you will be the primary contact for all HR related matters and align HR strategies and initiatives with the specific needs and objectives of the Commercial team. You will work closely with leaders to ensure that HR practices including but not limited to talent management, performance management and employee relations support the growth and success of the Commercial team.
This role requires expertise to build and enhance core compensation practices and will have a significant impact on shaping our total rewards strategies. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring governance and compliance, and staying ahead of industry best practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the holistic experience of our employees in a dynamic, global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Total Rewards Strategies, Programs, and Policies: Develop and execute comprehensive total rewards strategies, programs, and policies that align with our organization's mission and goals.
- Governance of Total Rewards: Establish and enforce governance processes to ensure compliance, fairness, and effectiveness in total rewards programs.
- Research Industry Best Practices: Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate them as necessary to keep our organization competitive.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships effectively to facilitate smooth execution of total rewards programs.
Compensation:
- Develop and implement a competitive compensation strategy aligned with industry benchmarks and company goals as well as execute rewards and recognition programs.
- Cultivate a "pay for performance" culture by developing a process to differentiate performance.
- Lead the design of job leveling and employee compensation packages, including salary structures, incentives including bonus programs, sales compensation etc.
- Develop and prepare scorecards, metrics, and reports for management.
Payroll
- Design and implement payroll strategies that streamline and optimize global payroll processes.
- Ensure payroll compliance and accurate reporting, maintaining precision and efficiency.
Benefits
- Oversee the administration of a comprehensive benefits program, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee perks.
- Provide a current and long-term vision for benefit programs.
- Monitor trends and recommend ongoing enhancements to the benefits offerings to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
- Develop and prepare scorecards, metrics, and reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Progressive experience in total rewards – compensation, benefits, and global payroll.
- Experience designing and implementing compensation programs.
- Strong understanding of compensation strategies, benefits program design, and regulatory compliance necessary for global payroll.
- Expert knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations related to employee benefits and compensation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations based on that analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with trust and respect.
- Proven experience in change leadership and management, guiding teams through transitions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to manage external vendors and partners effectively.
- Build strong credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,183.85 - $84,522.49 per year
