Regional Human Resource Manager – Job Description
This position will report directly to the director of human resources and will work closely with the operations leadership team ensuing proper and adequate staffing needs are achieved. This individual will access the labor market working to secure talent and staffing placement needs in support of the company’s objectives, mission and values. They will also assist with the company’s human resource programs and employee retention efforts including market compensation assessment and wage analysis. This position will require regional travel of up to 60-75%.
The successful candidate will be able to not only attract the right talent but also work to develop and train them, integrating them into the corporate culture. They should also have strong business acumen and work ethic embracing the culture, team approach, mission and values of the company and its associates. The candidate should also possess strong written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish. This person will need to have the ability to travel when needed including at short notice for emergency issues.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and or business
3 years’ experience working in HR
Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
English and Spanish (verbal and written)
ADP knowledge is a plus
