Required Skills
- 3 years+ aviation experience
- A highly customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to converse with persons at all levels within the aviation industry.
- Competent Office 365 user, including spreadsheets. Strong general IT competence is also required as we are an aviation technology company.
- Outstanding communication skills
- A strong ability to proactively analyze and problem-solve without waiting to be asked to do so.
Key Responsibilities
- Assure that user and crew accounts for new customers are created correctly and on-time
- Assure compliance with the customer’s operational requirements. This includes Aircraft data such as fuel flows, mass and balance, as well as other operational restrictions.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
- Deliver seamless handoff from Sales to Account Management
- Assist customers with their initial sign up and setup of their aircraft and accounts
- Educate customers on the value, key features and benefits of the AFV Product suite, including online training & webinars
- Update customer accounts with a quick turnaround
- Communicate customer feedback with Manager
- Build strong rapport with customers

Salary: From $50,000.00 per year
