Contract Corporate Recruiter
Candidates must come from a background of recruiting R&D research and development, supply chain, finance, and non-technical positions.
Remote in the United States with preference given to candidates in the Greater Chicago or Greater Tampa areas.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build a robust pipeline of candidates for R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Non-IT positions.
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide insights and recommendations for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through proactive sourcing, networking events, and other engagement activities to create a talent pool for current and future needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with the legal and HR teams to facilitate contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with company policies and industry standards.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and enable effective reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, preferably in a retail environment, with expertise in R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Non-IT positions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with retail industry trends and an understanding of the specific requirements for hiring in R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Non-IT roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey the company's values and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in recruitment strategies.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
