- Hire new employees in effort to maintain appropriate staffing levels for each program site through employee recruitment with consistent retention efforts
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking spreadsheet to ensure correct accounting of all employee leads
- Effectively conduct employment interviews and ensure applicants are informed about job details such as resident care and employment expectations
- Completion of the interview and new hire process for all new employees to include phone interview after initial inquiry, in-person interview, reference checks, background checks, employment physical/drug screening/TB test or any other pre-employment requirement deemed necessary
- Completion of all appropriate internal new hire forms prior to the start of the orientation program
- Compile each employee personnel file upon hire
- Maintain the confidentiality of all employees and comply with all state and federal laws to uphold resident confidentiality, including but not limited to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
