Over the phone sales experience in a high-volume environment is preferred. In-person sales experience in a metrics driven environment will also be considered. Candidates will be qualified based on drive, determination, perseverance, and their passion to start a career in Corporate Recruiting!
Our Recruiting department is a critical part of Ideal Concepts' ambitious expansion plans. Currently we have over 2,500 contracted insurance sales agents, about 250 corporate staff members and are working to continually grow company headcount. We only hire the elite, most highly skilled individuals to fill our positions. That motivation is internalized and drives our recruiting approach and strategy. With your skills in sales, motivation and go getter mentality we will maintain that standard.
Corporate Recruiting associates will be tasked with utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and networks to find top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in sourcing and headhunting strategies, Boolean searches, and sales techniques
- Source a pipeline of qualified candidates by utilizing applicant tracking systems, various external resume sources and innovative social media techniques
- Achieve volume and quality metrics for sourced candidates
- Develop expertise in the company, industry and departments while learning about Corporate Recruiting
- Develop techniques and skills in networking to generate leads through referrals and other innovative strategies
- Provide exceptional experience in all candidate interactions
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
- Proctor assessments to qualify the best candidates
Qualifications
- A desire to join a quality focused recruiting operation where you present only the best, most well-suited individuals on the market
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0, or equivalent experience, in Recruiting, Sales or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume cold calling Sales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technology
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills
- A drive for professional development
- Resilient, smart, high energy, self-motivated driver and willing to rolls up sleeves and gets things done

Working Format
- This role is hybrid (25-50% onsite expectation) based in Allentown, PA.
