```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for for full cycle recruitment including, but not limited to; sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding employees to the organization in collaboration with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also provide recruiting support for hard-to-fill roles within the team and high-volume roles across a dispersed geography. The Recruiter will take primary work direction from the Director of Recruiting and the Recruiting Manager.
```Responsibilities```
- Screen incoming driver candidate applications.
- Process inbound/outbound calls daily to secure applications.
- Conduct phone interviews with applicants to qualify the applicant.
- Provides a positive hiring manager experience and ensures regular updates to hiring managers is taking place.
- Enthusiastically source and engage new leads through attending industry events, outreach to manufacturers and other distributors, leading marketing campaigns, and engaging directly with target customers
- Conduct background investigations to properly verify the qualifications of the applicant.
- Follow up with applicants to advise them of the progress of their application.
- Completing all required qualification reports, MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, Data Facts & drug screen scheduling.
- Scheduling approved applicants to attend New Hire Orientation.
- Maintain industry expertise and share news, trends, and/or disruptors with divisional team.
- Continuously learn, share, and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world class service and support.
- Documenting all recruiting activity and status of application in Tenstreet (ATS)
- Provide feedback weekly on lead numbers and quality of applicants.
- Contribute to TLX's social media footprint
- This is an in-house position in Mantua, OH
```Qualifications```
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Transportation Talent Acquisition
- Significant knowledge and proven success sourcing passive candidates for high-volume positions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and how to leverage technology for recruitment.
- Strong Microsoft skills, excel and word.
- Familiar with TMW
- Experience in Flatbed/Steel Hauling Transportation industry is a plus.
- Pro-active with a high level of engagement, responsiveness, and execution.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization. Willingness to travel
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with leaders and business partners.
- Process and detail oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills Deep understanding of transportation company trucking operations.
- Outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style to diverse audiences
